Step 1

The user+ creates categories of assets and links specific assets to the categories. After the creation of categories, the user+ links the assets to the user who is linked to specific assets in the category.

Step 2

After the user+ has linked a specific asset to a user, the user gets notified that he/she is linked to an asset. The user has now an overview and easy access to all the assets he/she is linked to which he/she can find in “my assets”.

Step 3

After the creation of categories and linking specific assets to categories and users, the user+ can export an overview of the assets in the assets overview that can be used for financial accounting.
